BUSINESS BAY GATE

PROJECT DESCRIPTION 

4 towers, G+P7+M+40, are situated at the entrance to business bay, Sheikh Zayed Road. The towers comprise 2 Hotels and a mix of serviced residential with commercial spaces forming a  streetscape Retail component that ties in with the metro station for easy pedestrian access to business bay. A sky bridge was also incorporated to connect all 4 buildings and enhance the entrance statement perspective from Sheikh Zayed road.
