COCONUT ISLAND RESORT

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Divided over two islands, the project accommodated on one island a Spa resort and on the other a residential development with community facilities. The residential island has ten condominium-style apartments, 18 beachfront villas with a private jetty, a central clubhouse, and recreation facilities. The resort island has a hotel, another 24 beachfront residential villas, 10 2 bedroom hotel suites and 62 – 1 bedroom hotel suites, all water facing to beach or lagoon in a chalet style. Three owner villas featured as water homes. The main Spa facilities were sited in a miniature lake with associated beachfront spa suites with private treatment rooms.
