PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Palm Jebel Ali is a unique man-made palm-shaped island with a trunk, a crown with 17 fronds, and a surrounding crescent island that will form a water breaker. The fronts represent 37% of the land mass where residential areas will be built.

SCOPE OF WORK

Villa architecture for all frond villas, townhouses and signature residences -  sized at 500 sqm up to 1,000 sqm of which there are 36 villa types with Mediterranean, Contemporary and Arabesque Designs.
