PALMAROSA DUBAILAND
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Destined to be the world's biggest Spa resort with over 100,000sq ft of Spa facilities within a total development of a plot area of 2.5 million sq ft. There are 747 residential units across a mix of villas, townhouses, 196 apartments of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units and a 200-bed hotel. An already approved basic master plan was enhanced by extracting the community facilities from the commercial mixed-use district and placing them centrally within the residential community. We also used meandering walkways through green spaces, making the development pedestrian-friendly and thus more community-focused, especially in cooler months. Architectural theming is Bali-modern.
SCOPE OF WORK
Redevelopment of an existing master plan, architecture for villas, townhouses, mixed-use apartment and office building, hotel, central community facilities including a clubhouse, and various spa facilities in numerous pavilions.
